Returns & Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your Maison Niche order.

14-Day Return Period

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable consumer law and any statutory exceptions.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request.

Returned items must be in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer where permitted by law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your artwork arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

- your order number
- photographs of the artwork
- photographs of the packaging
- a short description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy where applicable.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because many Maison Niche artworks are produced to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be operationally possible. This does not affect any statutory rights that apply to your order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional delivery or replacement costs may apply where legally permitted.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of being placed, please contact Maison Niche so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate solution.
